摘　　要：我国高校学生招生规模日益扩大,尽管就业"精准"服务已提出多年,但高校职业生涯规划教育仍然存在体系不健全、服务水平较为粗放、个性化指导针对性不强、学生个体满意度不高等现象,精准程度还有所欠缺。随着国家倾斜性招生政策的实施,进入重点高校的农村学生不断增多,本文分析归纳了这类大学生群体的特点,探讨现有职业生涯规划教育的成效和不足,对开展针对性的职业生涯规划教育提出对策和建议。The enrollment scale of college students in our country is expanding day by day. Although employment "accurate" service has been put forward for many years, there are still some problems in career planning education in Colleges and universities, such as imperfect system, extensive service level, weak pertinence of individualized guidance, low individual satisfaction of students, and lack of accuracy. With the implementation of the national inclined enrollment policy, the number of rural students entering key universities is increasing. This paper summarizes the characteristics of this group of College students,explores the effectiveness and shortcomings of the existing career planning education, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for carrying out targeted career planning education.
