摘　　要：在我国高校中,辅导员是负责学生日常思政教育以及其它管理工作的组织者、实行者以及指导者,对大学生的成长有着十分重要的作用。如今在中国梦的背景下,高校辅导员的工作必将迎来新的机遇和挑战,因此,我们必须要认清当前高校辅导员工作面临的困境和存在的问题,并针对这些问题,找到有效的解决方法,使大学生坚定自己的理想和抱负,促进中国梦的实现。In China’s universities, counselors are the organizers, practitioners and instructors responsible for students’ daily ideological and political education and other management work. They play a very important role in the growth of college students. Under the background of the Chinese Dream, the work of college counselors is bound to meet new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, we must recognize the difficulties and problems faced by the work of college counselors, and find effective solutions to these problems, so that college students can firm their ideals and aspirations and promote the realization of the Chinese Dream.
