摘  要:在多元治理理论下的大学生管理中,复合性思维以整合多方管理人力资源的多元管理主体、不断创新与有机配合运用的多元管理方式、立体且全面的多元管理评价方式,发挥着积极作用。全面深化改革开放的国情有效地推动了多元治理理论的创生、并立与冲锋,促成了师生交互管理,学生自主管理,政府、社会组织与家庭联合管理的基于主体细分的复合型管理路径,呈现了常规管理、网络虚拟管理与开放性管理多管齐下的管理模式。In the management of college students under the theory of multiple governance, the compound thinking plays an active role in integrating the multi -management subjects of human resources, innovating and cooperating multi -management methods, and three -dimensional and comprehensive multi -management evaluation methods. The comprehensive deepening of the reform and opening-up policy has effectively promoted the creation, co-existence and impulse of the theory of multiple governance, and facilitated the interactive management between teachers and stu dents, the independent management of students, and the combined management of government, social organizations and families based on the compound -management path of the subdivision of the subject, which presents a multi -pronged management model of conventional management, virtual network management and open management.
