双镜联合术治疗大肠癌患者临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析双镜(腹腔镜、电子结肠镜)联合术治疗大肠癌患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法70例大肠癌患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组患者采用开腹手术治疗,研究组患者采用双镜联合术治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、排气时间及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者手术时间(119.64±38.72)min、排气时间(48.72±5.43)h均短于对照组的(179.33±44.35)min、(67.93±9.86)h,出血量(108.64±20.76)ml少于对照组的(234.74±48.22)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双镜联合术治疗大肠癌患者临床疗效显著,能够有效减少患者手术时间及术中出血量,同时可降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of double-mirror (laparoscopy and electronic colonoscopy) combined surgery for the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 70 colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with open surgery, and the research group was treated with doublemirror combined surgery. Comparison were made on operation time, bleeding volume, exhaust time and occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results The research group had shorter operation time as (119.64 ± 38.72) min and exhaust time as (48.72 ± 5.43) h than (179.33 ± 44.35) min and (67.93 ± 9.86) h in the control group, and less bleeding volume as (108.64 ± 20.76) ml than (234.74 ± 48.22) ml in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The research group had obviously less incidence of postoperative complications than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Double-mirror combined surgery shows remarkable clinical efficacy in treating patients with colorectal cancer, and can effectively reduce operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
