摘　　要：植物合成生物学是生命科学相关专业重要的前沿专业课程,课程实验对于学生深刻把握合成生物学的学科理念和实验技术具有重要的意义。结合教学实践,本文介绍了我校植物合成生物学课程实验的设计思路和实践经验。Plant synthetic biology is an important specialized course of life science. The experiment teaching of plant synthetic biology is of great significance for students to grasp the concept and experimental technology of synthetic biology. Combining with teaching practice in our university, this paper introduces the design idea and practical experience of the experiment of plant synthetic biology.
