摘  要:针对水刺生产线中的卷绕机、分切机之间布卷、芯轴运输自动化程度低、劳动强度大的现状,设计了一款将布卷由卷绕机搬运至分切机的搬运智能机器人。卷绕机满卷后搬运机器人抓起满卷运动至分切机,放下满卷,等到分切完成后,再由搬运机器人抓起空芯轴运动至卷绕机存放芯轴处存放。搬运机器人代替了目前的人工操作,提高了工作的稳定性和效率,节省了人力,向纺织工业的自动化迈出了重要的一步。Based on the current situation of winder in the spunlace production line, cloth reeling between the slitters, low degree of automation of mandrel transportation, and high labor intensity, a handling robot with a cloth roll moved from the winder to the slitter is designed. After the full winder of the winding machine, the handling robot picks up the full volume and moves to the slitting machine, puts down the full volume, and waits until the slitting is completed. Then, the handling robot picks up the empty mandrel, moves it to the winding machine to store the mandrel, and places the shaft in the storage area. The handling robot structure combined with the control system can replace the current manual operation, improve work stability and work efficiency, save manpower, and take an important and solid step towards the automation of the textile industry.
