摘　　要：目的分析整形保乳术在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果及对其心理与生活质量的影响。方法纳入本院2016年1月—2017年9月收治早期乳腺癌患者共64例为研究对象,按照数字表随机分组法分为观察组与对照组各31例,其中对照组接受常规乳腺癌保乳术式,观察组接受整形保乳术式,对比两组的手术实施效果、术后1年心理状态及生活质量情况。结果观察组患者的乳腺组织标本量、肿瘤切除边缘最近距离均大于对照组,P<0.05,观察组术中出血量、术后引流量、术后并发症例数、美容效果差例数均低于对照组,P<0.05,但两组切口愈合不良例数无明显差异,P>0.05;干预前两组焦虑抑郁得分无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后两组焦虑抑郁得分差异明显,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组焦虑抑郁得分无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后两组焦虑抑郁得分差异明显,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论整形保乳术能够获得更佳满意的早期乳腺癌治手术效果,且乳房美观度高,患者心理状态与生活质量更佳。Objective To analyze the effect of plastic breast conserving surgery in breast cancer patients and its impact on their psychological and quality of life.Methods:A total of 64 patients with early breast cancer were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine breast-conserving surgery,while the observation group received plastic breast-conserving surgery.The effect of operation,psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared one year after operation.Results:The number of breast tissue specimens and the nearest distance of the resection margin of the tumors in the observation group were larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding,drainage,complications and poor cosmetic effect in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the number of poor wound healing between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P > 0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups before and after intervention(P > 0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Plastic breast conserving surgery can achieve better results in the treatment of early breast cancer,with high aesthetic value of breast and better psychological status and quality of life of patients.
