摘 要:传统的基于混杂系统模型的功率变换器参数辨识方法需检测电感电流,且无法辨识得到电路中所有关键元器件参数值。针对这些问题,提出一种仅检测电压的电力电子电路参数辨识方法。以非理想Buck变换器为例,采集输入电压、MOSFET源极节点电压及输出电压,以电压信号为状态变量建立混杂系统模型,将参数辨识问题转化为寻优求解问题,利用改进万有引力搜索算法(GSA)有效辨识元器件参数值。仿真实验分析了新方法的辨识性能,最后物理实验结果表明该方法能够对Buck变换器所有关键元器件参数进行有效辨识,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。Conventional power converter parameter identification based on hybrid system models has to measure the inductor current and has no ability to recognize values of all critical components in the circuit.Therefore , a novel pa rameter identification method based on detecting the voltage and optimization algorithm is proposed.Take the non-ideal Buck converter as an example, collecting input voltage, MOSFET source voltage and output voltage.Then, the hybrid system model of Buck converter is established based on these voltage signals.Finally, the parameter identification problem is transformed to optimization issue and the improved gravitational search algorithm (GSA) is adopted to get circuit parameters.The identification performance of the new method is analyzed by simulation experiment.Finally, the physical experiment results show that this method can effectively identify all the component parameters of the Buck converter and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
