摘 要:通过对零件结构特点进行分析,确定零件的冲压工艺方案,通过Autoform R6.0软件数值模拟优化与经验分析相结合,提供了合理的拉深工艺造型和板料尺寸,结合压力机参数,分析零件的配合面特点及零件安装质量要求,设计与制造了成形该零件的拉深模和翻边模。通过生产实践验证了该零件冲压工艺与模具结构的合理性,对同类零件的工艺制订、模具设计与制造有较好的参考价值。A stamping process plan for the front wall panel was formulated based on the analysis on its structure and shape characteristics. Combined the Autoform R6.0 software numerical simulation optimization and empirical analysis, the practicable drawing process modeling and sheet size were obtained. According to the parameters of the press machine, a drawing die and a flanging die were designed and manufactured through the analysis on its mating surface in combination with the quality requirements of the parts assembly. The reasonability of the stamping process and the die structure were proved by the productive practice, which provided reference for the production of the similar parts.
