摘 要:通过控制聚乙烯亚胺和Au纳米颗粒的浓度和反应时间,利用一步合成组装技术在碳纸表面合成雪花片形状的金(Au)纳米结构。利用聚乙烯亚胺上的N与Au形成N-Au纳米颗粒组装成雪花形状Au纳米结构。用扫描电镜表征雪花形状Au纳米结构的形貌,Au纳米结构很均匀的分散在碳纸表面,并不存在大的团聚。电化学技术检测雪花形状Au纳米结构对亚硝酸离子的响应情况,数据显示修饰电极对亚硝酸离子有很好的响应,在亚硝酸离子浓度5~163μmol/L范围内,氧化电流与其浓度存在线性关系(R^2=0. 997),检测限为1. 67μmol/L;另外传感器具有很好的稳定性和选择性,为小分子污染物的检测提供新方法。One step hydrothermal method was developed for fabricating snow-shaped Au nanostructure by controlling the concentration of polyethyleneimine( PEI),gold electrolyte and the reaction time.The snow-shaped Au nanostructure was self-assembled via forming N-Au bond by Au nanoparticles and-NH2 on PEI. The morphology of the snowflakes Au nanostructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The snow-shaped Au nanostructure is uniformity dispersed on carbon paper and non-existent rally. The snow-shaped Au nanomaterial was employed as sensing material for the detection of NO2^- . The as-prepared biosensor showed extremely high catalytic performance for the oxidation of NO2^- with a liner range of 5-163 μmol/L and a low detection limit of 1. 67 μmol/L. In addition,the as-produced sensor also exhibited good selectivity and reproducibility. This novel nanostructure provided a simple and feasible approach for the application of NO2- detection.
