摘  要:介绍了注射机注射过程工作原理,在传统PID控制算法中,引入了神经网络控制方法,通过神经网络控制器对PID控制器中的三个参数进行在线自适应优化,由在线辨识器获取控制器参数,最后对该控制方法进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明:与传统PID控制方法相比,该控制方法超量小、调节速度快,大大提高了系统的控制性能。The working principle of injection process of injection machine is introduced. In the traditional PID control algorithm, the neural network control method is introduced. Three parameters of the PID controller are optimized on-line adaptively by the neural network controller. The parameters of the controller are obtained by the on-line identifier. Finally, the simulation experiment of the control method is carried out. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional PID control method, the control method has the advantages of small overshoot, fast adjustment speed, and greatly improves the control performance of the system.
