摘　　要：在配电网规划中,由于没有一套简单易学的软件,负荷分布预测对于规划人员一直是个繁琐、巨大而且相对粗犷工作,过程和结果一般都是一堆数据或表格,不能以图表方式直观形象的进行数据输入输出和成果展示。本文论述了基于政府用地规划的空间负荷预测的基本内容、实用模型和算法,介绍了电气计算工具供电网计算分析及辅助决策软件(CEES)中的空间负荷预测计算模块。为数众多的实际应用表明:CEES兼有国内和国外软件的诸多优点,是配电网规划人员进行空间负荷预测的有力工具,其核心算法使得计算结果更趋于合理和科学。The Spatial Load Forecasting of distribution network planning are definitely cumbersome work of only data and tables without intuitive schematic diagrams for planners if no related convenient software is employed.The contents,models and algorithms of Spatial Load Forecasting in the distribution network planning are discussed,and the electrical analysis tool named《Electrical Analysis and Decision-making Software for Electric Power Supplying Grids》(CEES)is also introduced in this paper,including the function modules of Spatial Load Forecasting.The CEES is of the advantages of domestic and international electrical analysis software,and the numerous application cases of the CEES indicate that CEES is a powerful tool for the planners of Spatial Load Forecasting with the reasonable and correct results.
