摘　　要：目的观察复杂的外伤性白内障急诊玻璃体切除联合晶状体切除术的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年10月至2018年10月共45例(45眼)复杂的外伤性白内障的临床资料,急诊下行23G微创玻璃体切除联合晶状体切除术及人工晶状体植入术。其中3例还联合眼内异物摘出及硅油填充术。术后随访6~24个月。结果术后6个月矫正视力达0.3以上者占46.7%,术中术后均无较严重并发症发生。结论急诊玻璃体切除术联合晶状体切除术可使复杂的外伤性白内障达到较好治疗效果。Objective To observe the efficacy of emergency vitrectomy combined with lensectomy for the treatment of complicated traumatic cataract. Methods The data of 45 eyes of 45 patients with complicated traumatic cataract from Oct.2015 to Oct.2018 were analyzed retrospectively.All cases were treated with emergency 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with lensectomy and intraocular lens implantation.Among them 3 eyes were combined with extraction of intraocular foreign body and silicone oil tamponade. The followed -up time was 6-24 months. Results The corrected visual acuity≥0.3 at 6 months after surgery occupyed 46.7%.No serious complication occurrde during and after operation. Conclusion Emergency vitrectomy combined with lensectomy for complicated traumatic cataract can achieve better therapeutic effects.
