浅析《黄帝内经》运气七篇中的辨证论治思想

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中的运气七篇详细阐述了古人对自然界气候变化的观察,并结合天干、地支纪年预测气象变化对人体生理、病理的影响,进而提出运用阴阳五行理论进行辨证论治,以恢复人体的阴阳平衡。针对外感六淫邪气及疫气,提出"治病者,必明六化分治"的辨证思想,即首先认清致病邪气的性质,再根据阴阳五行理论,利用药物的性味去克制其所胜的邪气,使各种偏胜之气得以恢复正常;针对运气之郁,指出其发源于自然界气候气化得太过或不及,治疗上要纠正偏胜之气,使其所胜之气得以恢复,并在偏胜之气来临之前补益其所胜之气,以防止相乘太甚。The seven chapters on Yun Qi in Huang Di Nei Jing elaborate the ancient people′s observation of the climate change in the natural world,and the effects of meteorological changes on human physiology and pathology in combination with Tiangan and Dizhi.The use of Yin and Yang Theory as well as the Five Elements Theory should be used in syndrome differentiation and treatment to restore the balance between human Yin and Yang.In aspects of the external Evils and epidemic Qi,the author puts forward the dialectical thinking of"treatment of the disease must be carried out when 6 different cases are understood".In other words,firstly the nature of the pathogenic Evil should be recognized,and then drugs with different taste and character should be used to dispel the Evil factors and to maintain the balance condition of human body according to the theory of Yin and Yang.As for the stagnation of Yun Qi,it is pointed out that it originates from the climatic gasification of nature,being too much or too little,and the treatment should control the stronger and help the weaker to prevent the lost balance.
