摘　　要：利用本单位的科研优势和经费优势,采用基于课题研究提高科研能力的培养方式,采用制定科研目标、系统科研方法学习、文献检索学习汇报、课题设计训练、科研实践、文献书写训练等方案,提高研究生科研能力,激发科研兴趣,为以后进一步研究奠定基础。Based on advantages of this unit of scientific research and funding advantage,We adopted the culture method based on subject research the to improve the scientific research ability of postgraduate students,according to scientific research goal,study system research method,the literature retrieval and study and report,training of project design,scientific research and practice,training of literature writing,to improve the graduate student scientific research ability,inspire the interest of scientific research and lay a foundation for further research.
