摘　　要：《周易》中的思维方式与哲学思想对中医学理论的形成产生了深远影响,诸多医家追本溯源,“以易释医”,通过这种方式能够更透彻地解释疾病机理。以震卦为例,基于震卦与肝胆相应,以震卦为出发点,阐述了由震卦衍生出来的诸多卦象代表的疾病病机,并从卦象角度解释相关疾病的治疗思路,为“治未病”提供新的探索方向。The way of thinking and philosophical thoughts in Zhouyi have had a profound influence on the formation of the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.Many doctors traced their origins back to the point of"explaining the diseases by Yi-ology",by which they can access to the disease mechanism more thoroughly.Taking"Zhen"as an example,based on the theory that liver and gallbladder correspond to"Zhen",and taking"Zhen"as a starting point,this paper elaborates the disease pathogenesis represented by many images of the trigrams deriving from"Zhen"and explains the therapy ideas of related diseases from the point of images of the trigrams,so as to provide a new exploration direction for the"Preventive Treatment of Disease".
