摘 要:为了满足弹载舵机低转速大扭矩的性能要求,实现对双旋弹丸的弹道修正,在分析永磁同步电机数学模型和空间矢量脉宽调制技术的基础上,利用Simulink搭建双旋永磁同步电机控制系统的仿真模型。基于舵机修正原理,结合经典PID控制理论,建立了舵机位置、转速和电流三闭环控制系统,提出了双旋条件下的新型舵机解算方法。仿真结果表明,该控制系统响应速度快,运行平稳,为实际舵机控制系统的实现提供设计思路,可明显缩短开发周期。In order to satisfy the low speed and large torque performance requirement of the missile-borne steering gear and to realize the accurate trajectory correction of the dual-spinning projectile,Simulink was used to build the simulation model of the control system of the dual-spinning permanent magnet synchronous motor,on the basis of analyzing the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the space vector pulse width modulation.Based on the correction principle of steering gear and the classical PID control theory,a three-loop control system of position,speed and current of steering gear has been established and a new method for calculating roll Angle under double rotation has been presented.The simulation results show that the control system has fast response speed and stable operation,which can provide design ideas for the implementation of the actual steering gear control system,and can significantly shorten the development cycle.
