摘　　要：近年来贵溪冶炼厂铁路编组站五台GKD2型内燃机车在运行中相继发生抱轴瓦过热、碾瓦的故障,文章从抱轴瓦加工制造、检修工艺、润滑油脂质量等方面分析了抱轴瓦过热、碾瓦产生的原因,针对性地提出了相关防范措施,取得了良好的效果。In recent years, five GKD2 diesel locomotives in the railway marshalling station of Guixi Smelter have the fault of overheated and crushed axle suspension bush during operation. This paper analyzes the causes of overheating and tiling from the aspects of processing, repairing technology, lubrication oil quality etc. The relevant preventive measures are put forward, and good results have been obtained.
