摘　　要：以武汉职业技术学院通信技术专业建设为例,重点介绍了在创新型高素质人才培养方面的专业人才培养方案制订、专业课程体系构建、专业实训环境建设、专业教师队伍建设、专业文化建设、人才培养质量等问题的研究探索与实践经验,可以为同类型高等院校相关专业的建设和改革起到示范作用。Taking the construction of communication technology major of Wuhan Polytechnic as an example, it mainly introduces the research and practice in talent training program revision, curriculum system construction, practice environment construction, teacher team construction, professional culture construction, and talent training quality from the perspective of innovative and high-quality talent cultivation. This plays an exemplary role in the construction and reform of related majors in the same type of universities and colleges.
