摘 要:为提高HCSR纵骨疲劳简化算法的计算精度,从应力集中系数和板架变形引起的局部弯曲应力两方面对HCSR简化算法进行修正,给出应力集中系数关于支撑纵骨的挺筋、背肘板的板厚和几何形状,以及纵骨面板厚度等设计参数的函数表达式,对比分析修正后简化算法和有限元法的评估结果,验证修正方法的准确性。Simplified method is preferred in the fatigue evaluation of longitudinals because of its efficiency and clear theory background,but the calculation accuracy need to be further improved. To solve this problem,In order to improve the calculation accuracy of simplified fatigue evaluation of longitudinals of HCSR,the method was corrected from the view of stress concentration factor and local stress component. The formula of stress concentration factor was given,which is a function of thickness and geometry shape of web stiffener,back bracket and longitudinal. By comparing the calculated results between after-corrected simplified method and FE method,validity of the correction method was proved.
