摘 要:探讨一种织物导湿性能测试仪的研制。介绍了一种织物导湿性能测试仪的结构、测试原理和测试步骤;采用该测试仪和剪纸称重法,对比测试了3种试样的导湿性能。结果表明:该测试仪不仅可测量液滴在织物上的扩散面积,还可以获取液滴在织物上的扩散速率。认为:该测试仪测试简单、快捷、有效,可取代传统的剪纸称重法。The development of a fabric moisture conductivity tester were discussed.The structure,test principle and test procedure of a fabric moisture conductivity tester were introduced.The tester and paper cutting weight method were adopted.The moisture conductivity of three samples were compared and tested.The test results showed that the tester could not only be used to measure the diffusion area of liquid drop on the fabrics but also be used to obtain the diffusion rate of liquid drop on the fabrics.It is considered that the test with the tester was simpler,quicker and more efficient.It can replace the traditional paper cutting weight method.
