摘  要:目的:探讨超声技术在地中海贫血胎儿产前诊断应用价值。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月期间收治的31例证实胎儿地中海贫血的孕妇设为研究组,另选取同期31例正常胎儿的孕妇作为对照组,均给予超声检查,统计比较两组地中海贫血的检出情况,同时以基因检查作为金标准,评价在地中海贫血高危胎儿中产前超声检查的诊断效能。结果:研究组心胸比值(0.53±0.01)均显著大于对照组,P<0.05;研究组脐动静脉内径比值(0.51±0.02)明显小于对照组,P<0.05;研究组胎儿大脑中动脉峰值流速(MCA-PSV)均明显高于相应同孕周正常组胎儿,P<0.05。结论:超声技术在地中海贫血胎儿产前诊断中的价值良好,安全有效,同时适应在基层医院进行推广。Objective: To investigate the value of ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia fetus. Methods: A total of 31 pregnant women with fetal thalassemia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study group. Another 31 pregnant women with normal fetuses during the same period were selected as the control group, and the ultrasound was performed. The detection of thalassemia in the two groups was compared and the genetic test was used as the gold standard. The diagnostic efficacy of prenatal ultrasound in high-risk fetuses with thalassemia was evaluated. Results: The ratio of heart to chest(0.53±0.01) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. The ratio of umbilical arteriovenous diameter(0.51±0.02) in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The peak flow velocity of the fetal middle cerebral artery in the study group(MCA-PSV) were significantly higher than the corresponding normal group in the same gestational age, P<0.05. Conclusion: The value of ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia is good, safe and effective, and is suitable for promotion in primary hospitals.
