摘 要:目的研究ER阳性、HER2阴性、腋窝淋巴结阴性的早期乳腺癌AR表达与21基因RS值之间的关系。方法选择行21基因检测的早期乳腺癌病例,采用免疫组织化学法检测AR在乳腺癌中的表达,并分析21基因RS值与AR表达等临床病理因素的关系。结果AR在ER阳性、HER2阴性、腋窝淋巴结阴性的早期乳腺癌中表达的阳性率为87.5%,主要定位于细胞核中。肿瘤直径(P=0.010)、AR表达(P=0.033)、PR表达(P=0.010)三个病理参数对RS值的影响差异有统计学意义。AR表达与21基因RS值的评分呈负相关(r=-0.327,P=0.0028),PR表达也与21基因RS值的评分呈负相关(r=-0.446,P=0.0034)。结论ER阳性、HER2阴性、腋窝淋巴结阴性的早期乳腺癌中AR表达与21基因RS值之间呈负相关,AR高表达21基因RS值较低。Objective To study the relationship between AR expression and 21-gene recurrence score in lymph node-negative,estrogen receptor-positive and HER2-negative breast cancer.Methods The expression of AR in breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry in early breast cancer patients that underwent 21gene detection,and the relationship between 21-gene recurrence score and AR expression and other clinicopathological factors were analyzed.Results The positive rate of AR in ER positive,HER2 negative and axillary lymph node negative early breast cancer was 87.5% and AR mainly localized in the nucleus.The influence of tumor diameter ( P =0.010),AR expression ( P =0.033) and PR expression ( P =0.010),on 21-gene recurrence score were statistically significant.The correlation analysis showed that AR expression ( r =-0.327,P =0.002 8) and PR expression( r =-0.446,P =0.003 4) had significant negative associations with RS.Conclusion AR expression is negatively correlated with the 21-gene recurrence score in ER positive,HER2 negative and axillary lymph node negative early breast cancer.
