摘 要:新时期,做好中小学校长培训工作对于提升教育教学质量具有重要意义。结合个人实践经历和研究积累,从多方面入手对中小学校长培训模式加以分析探讨。反思国内当前中小学校长培训中存在的问题和不足,学习借鉴当代发达国家中小学校长培训的成功经验,从培训方式、内容以及反馈机制方面,实现培训模式的创新与优化,切实提高中小学校长的培训质量。In the new era, it is of great importance for improving the education quality to make the training work of primary and secondary principals better. This thesis explores the primary and secondary principals’training models from different aspects combining the author’s practical and research experience. Reflecting the problems of the nowadays principals training and learning from the successful experience of developing countries in this fields, the training models should be optimized and innovated from training approaches, contents and feedback mechanism so that the training quality of primary and secondary principals can be improved efficiently.
