摘　　要：玻璃纤维被广泛应用于热塑性塑料改性加工中,以提高塑料在强度、抗冲击性、韧性、耐醇和耐水等方面的性能。通过对重庆国际复合材料股份有限公司生产的耐醇耐水型长玻纤ECT5301HP制备玻纤含量为30%的塑料改性粒料,注塑成样并检测其力学、耐醇和耐水性能。结果表明,ECT5301HP增强热塑性塑料不仅力学性能好,而且耐醇和耐水性能更佳优异。Glass fiber is widely used in the modification of thermoplastics to improve the properties of plastics such as strength, impact resistance, toughness, alcohol resistance and water resistance. The long glass fiber ECT5301HP produced by Chongqing Polycomp International Corp., which has the advantages of alcohol and water resistance, was used to produce modified plastic pellets with glass fiber content of 30%. Specimens were prepared by injection molding and their mechanical properties, alcohol and water resistance were tested. The results showed that ECT5301HP reinforced thermoplastics had not only good mechanical properties, but also better alcohol and water resistance.
