摘 要:小儿内分泌是一门兼顾理论和实践的学科,内容枯燥繁杂,传统教学方法往往效果不佳。微课是以微视频为主要载体,针对相关学科某一知识点或教学环节而开展的简短且完整的教学活动。翻转课堂是翻转传统的教学模式,颠倒传统的教学过程,通过调整课堂内外的学习内容及方式,将学习的主动权转移给学生。二者作为新型的教学方式正在逐步成为近年来关注的热点。探讨了小儿内分泌课程微课制作的技巧及翻转课堂的实施方案,总结出基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式在小儿内分泌教学中具有激发学生学习兴趣、满足学生个体化学习要求、提升学生自主学习能力、提高学生临床应用的能力、促进教师水平的提升的优点,同时也分析了其中存在的不足,为探索小儿内分泌专业新型教学模式提供参考。Pediatric endocrine, a curriculum combined with theory and practice, was usually considered insipid and boring under the traditional teaching atmosphere. Micro-lecture, using micro-video as main carrier, is a kind of short and intact teaching activities, which is carried out pointing to the knowledge or teaching segment of relevant subjects. Flipped classroom, overturning traditional teaching process, giving the active learner right to students by adjusting the learning content and methods in or out class, is a new teaching mode. These two new teaching modes were focused by many educators progressively. The design skills of microlecture and the implementation scheme of flipped classroom were discussed in this research. The advantage of stimulating students' interest, satisfying the individualized learning requirements, improving students' independent learning ability, improving students' ability of clinical application and promoting the teachers' level of flipped classroom based on micro-lecture in pediatric endocrine teaching were concluded. The disadvantages of flipped classroom based on micro-lecture in pediatric endocrine teaching were also analyzed. The references on new teaching mode of pediatric endocrine were provided.
