摘 要:目的 系统性地评估IL-8251T>A多态性与散发性大肠癌发病风险相关性。方法 计算机检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library,搜集有关IL-8251T>A多态性与大肠癌文献,按照纳入、排除标准,采用Stata12.0和ReviewMan5.3进行meta分析,计算合并OR值和95%CI。结果 纳入文献8篇,共计病例3440例,对照4757例,Meta结果未发现IL-8251T>A多态性与散发性大肠癌发病风险相关(A vs T OR=1.058,95%CI=0.946~1.185,P=0.323;AA vs TT OR=1.110,95%CI=0.890~1.384,P=0.356;AT vs TT OR=1.039,95%CI=0.934~1.157,P=0.482;AA+AT vs TT OR=1.075,95%CI=0.972~1.188,P=0.160;AA vs TT+AT OR=1.121,95%CI=0.942~1.333,P=0.199),以对照组来源不同进行亚组分析,结果表明在以社会为基础的病例对照研究和以医院为基础的病例对照研究中均未发现该基因多态性与散发性大肠癌发病风险相关。结论 IL-8251T>A多态性与散发性大肠癌易感性可能无关。Objective To systematically evaluate the association between IL-8 251T>A polymorphism and susceptibility to sporadic colorectal cancer. Methods Computer Search Database includes China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM),VIP Database (VIP),PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,and collection of IL-8 251T> A polymorphism and colorectal cancer literature,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,meta-analysis was performed using Stata12.0 and ReviewMan5.3,and the combined OR value and 95% CI were calculated. Results A total of 8 articles involving cases 3 440 and 4 757 controls were included in the meta-analysis.Overall,no significant association between IL-8 251T>A polymorphism and susceptibility to sporadic colorectal cancer was found(A vs T OR =1.058,95% CI =0.946~1.185, P =0.323;AA vs TT OR =1.110,95% CI =0.890~1.384, P =0.356;AT vs TT OR =1.039,95% CI =0.934~1.157, P =0.482;AA+AT vs TT OR =1.075,95% CI =0.972~1.188, P =0.160;AA vs TT+AT OR =1.121,95% CI =0.942~1.333, P = 0.199).Subgroup analysis was performed with different sources from the control group.The results showed that this gene polymorphism was not associated with the risk of sporadic colorectal cancer in both social-based case-control studies and hospital-based case-control studies. Conclusion IL-8 251T>A polymorphism may be not associate with the sporadic colorectal cancer.
