摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)是常见的神经系统退行性疾病,患者常有进行性记忆力减退,认知功能障碍等表现,已成为全球关注的社会问题。姜黄素是天然植物的提取物,毒性低、不良反应小,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡等作用,近年的研究发现,姜黄素能够促进神经修复,对AD具有显著的疗效。Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is a common neurodegenerative disease. Patients often have progressive memory loss, cognitive dysfunction and other manifestations, which has become a social issue of global concern. Curcumin is a kind of natural plant extract with low toxicity and little adverse reaction. It has the effects of anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation and anti-apoptosis, etc. Recent studies have found that curcumin can promote nerve repair and has a significant effect on AD.
