老区政德文化建设与文化自信的血脉传承——以海陆丰革命老区为例

摘　　要：文化自信是国家、民族对自身文化价值的高度认同,对自身文化生命力的坚定信念。文化作为一种软实力,可以涵育和培养人的品德,甚至是为政之德。政德,作为为政之德,是从政之魂,为官之本,用权之道,是党员干部尤其领导干部十分重要的人生必修课。领导干部修养德政可以用红色革命文化来涵养政德,走弘扬中华优秀文化和加强党员干部道德修养建设相结合的路径。以海陆丰红色革命文化涵养政德为例,可以用海陆丰红色革命文物品牌涵养政德,以海陆丰文化名人品牌涵养政德,以海陆丰正气正义人格品牌涵养政德,充分发挥红色经典文化的涵养功能,坚定文化自信的血脉传承。The cultural confidence is the national high identification with its own cultural value and firm belief in its own cultural vitality.As a soft power,culture can cultivate the people's moral character,even the virtues of government.The political virtue,as a virtue of government,is the soul of politics,the root of the officer,the way of unavailability.It is a very important life compulsory course of the party member cadre,especially that of the leadership cadre.The leading cadres can cultivate their political morality by means of the red revolutionary culture and by combining the promotion of excellent Chinese culture with the strengthening of the moral cultivation of party cadres.With the red revolution culture of Hailufeng,the leading cadres there can develop their political morality by using the Hailufeng red revolution cultural relic brand,by using the Hailufeng cultural celebrity brand and the Hailufeng righteous personality brand.Therefore they can give full play to the conservation function of the classic red revolution culture and inherit the blood of firm culture self-confidence.
