摘 要:"广义灾害论"认为就灾害的形成而言,"自然"、"人"及"社会"都是导致灾害发生的根源;"大资源观"的提出,意味着当今社会面对的"资源",是由自然、社会与人文三类形态所构成。两者都受到我国传统哲学概念"天人合一"内涵的影响,都是对"天人关系"的阐释。确立自然生态伦理,尊重自然的利益,全面构建自然--社会--人三者之间的和谐与平衡,是当今人类所面临的最大、最为紧要的课题。人类爱护自然,犹如爱护自己。实现天--人和谐,是人类的出路,是人类生存的最高境界。"Generalized disaster theory" holds that as far as the formation of disasters is concerned,"nature","human" and "society" are the root causes of disasters;the proposal of "big resource concept" means that the "resources" facing today’s society are composed of three forms: nature, society and humanity. Both of them are influenced by the connotation of the traditional philosophical concept of "harmony between man and nature", and both are interpretations of "relationship between man and nature". Establishing the natural ecological ethics, respecting the interests of nature, and building the harmony and balance among nature, society and people in an all-round way are the biggest and most urgent issues facing mankind today. Man loves nature as he loves himself. Realizing harmony between heaven and man is the way out for human beings and the highest state of human existence.
