摘　　要：1999年,大学开始全面扩招。此后,中国的高校建设进入了一个前所未有的高速发展阶段,急速朝大众化教育发展。不断扩大的大学招生人数,的确为更多的学生创造了接受高等教育的机会。但随之而来的负面效应也不容忽视。本文将从基层教学管理者的视角,总结大学教育质量存在的共性问题,并制定相应对策,探讨提升大学教育质量的方法。In 1999, colleges and universities began to fully expand their enrollment. From then on, China's college construction has started to move forward at an unprecedented rate towards mass education. The ever-expanding number of university enrollments has indeed allowed more students to get access to higher education. But the negative effects that come with it cannot be ignored. This paper will summarize common problems of the quality in university education from the perspective of grassroots teaching administrators, and formulate corresponding countermeasures to explore ways to improve the quality of university education.
