摘  要:“生物信息学”提高班是面向高年资医学研究生开设的选修课程,学生具有一定生物信息学基础,有强烈的学习愿望及需求。传统的课程教学以教师讲述为主,忽略了学生的主体地位,不能满足本课程学生的学习需求。参与式教学是一种新的教学理念,强调学生和教师两个主体的作用,在教学过程中,让学生和教师中相互参与、相互协调、相互促进。将参与式教学应用到医学研究生“生物信息学”提高班的教学中,可以充分带动学生的学习主动性,满足其对生物信息学的学习渴望,同时还有提高教师自身业务水平及专业素养的作用。The enrichment class for "Bioinformatics" is an elective course for senior medical students who have a certain bioinformatics foundation and have strong learning aspirations and needs. The traditional curriculum teaching is mainly based on teachers, ignoring the subjective status of students and not meeting the learning needs of students in this course. Participatory teaching is a new teaching concept, emphasizing the role of both students and teachers. In the teaching process, both students and teachers participate in it, coordinating with each other and promoting each other. Applying participatory teaching to the teaching of the enrichment class for "Bioinformatics" of medical postgraduate students can fully promote students' learning initiative, satisfy their desire to learn about bioinformatics, and improve the business level and professionalism of teachers.
