摘  要:“班干部”选拔制度在我国班级管理体制中沿袭已久,是班级管理体制中不可或缺的一部分,但与此同时出现的“五道杠少年”“官本位”“金字塔式”等问题也亟待解决。笔者通过切身调查和文献整合,梳理出“班干部”选拔制度的现实状况,并分析其异化缘由,从社会学视角探析班干部选拔制度的利与弊,并对班干部选拔提出了见习制和公示原则等对策。"Class cadre" selection system in China's class management system has been followed for a long time, and is an indispensable part of the class management system, but at the same time the emergence of the "five bar juvenile","official standard","pyramid" and other problems are also urgent to solve. Through personal investigation and literature integration, the author sorts out the realistic situation of the "class cadre" selection system, analyzes the reason for its alienation, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the class cadre selection system from the perspective of sociology, and puts forward some countermeasures such as probation system and publicity principle for the selection of class cadres.
