摘  要:目的研究高迁移率族蛋白-1(high-mobility group box-1,HMGB 1)和晚期糖基化终末产物受体(receptor for advanced glycation end products,RAGE)在多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)大鼠模型卵巢组织中的表达。方法采用脱氢表雄酮联合高脂饮食造模法建立PCOS大鼠模型,造模成功后用Real-time PCR和Western-Blot检测HMGB 1和RAGE的表达,用免疫组织化学染色检测HMGB 1的表达。结果 HMGB 1 mRNA、RAGE mRNA、HMGB 1蛋白、RAGE蛋白在研究组的表达量均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究组大鼠卵巢组织中的HMGB1和RAGE的表达量均明显高于对照组,提示HMGB 1和RAGE可能在PCOS的发生发展中有一定作用。Objective To investigate the expression of high-mobility group box-1(HMGB 1) and receptor for advanced glycation end products(RAGE) in the ovarian tissue of the polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) rat model. Methods The PCOS rat model was established by dehydroepiandrosterone combined with high-fat diet. After successful modeling, the expression of HMGB 1 and RAGE was detected by Real-time PCR and Western-Blot, and the expression of HMGB 1 was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression of HMGB 1 mRNA RAGE mRNA, HMGB 1 protein,RAGE Protein in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of HMGB 1 and RAGE in the ovarian tissue of the study group were significantly higher than those in the ovary of the control group. This suggests that HMGB 1 and RAGE may play a role in the development of PCOS.
