摘　　要：本文论述了我国现行药品专利保护期中存在的问题,介绍了美国、日本、欧盟的药品专利保护期延长制度,认为药品专利保护期补偿制度具有合理性,并对我国构建药品专利保护期补偿制度提出了建议。This paper discusses the existing problems of drug patent protection period in China, introduces the extension system of drug patent protection period in the United States, Japan and the European Union, argues that the compensation system of drug patent protection period is reasonable, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the compensation system of drug patent protection period in China.
