摘　　要：目的:探讨地塞米松联合干扰素对多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血免疫细胞水平的影响。方法:按照抽签法将本院2016年5月-2018年5月收治的多发性骨髓瘤患者63例随机分为两组,对照组32例应用地塞米松治疗,研究组31例在对照组基础上应用干扰素治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组肌酐以及骨髓浆细胞数低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组血红蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组炎性因子IL-17、IL-6以及TGF-β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组CD3^+CD8^+水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组CD3^+CD4^+以及CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断多发性骨髓瘤患者的治疗过程中,采用地塞米松联合干扰素治疗可以有效改善免疫细胞水平,降低炎性炎性因子反应状态,提高治疗效果,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of dexamethasone combined with interferon on peripheral blood immune cell level in patients with multiple myeloma.Method:63 patients with multiple myeloma admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group of 32 cases was treated with Dexamethasone,the study group of 31 cases was treated with Interferon on the basis of the control group.Result:The curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The creatinine and bone marrow plasma cells in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),hemoglobin in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory factors IL-17,IL-6 and TGF-beta in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD3^+CD8^+in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the levels of CD3^+CD4^+and CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexamethasone combined with Interferon can effectively improve the level of immune cells,reduce the inflammatory factor reaction and improve the therapeutic effect in the diagnosis of multiple myeloma patients.It should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
