参苓白术汤加减结合化疗在结肠癌术后治疗中的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究参苓白术汤加减结合化疗在结肠癌术后治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2015年7月—2018年8月该院收治的40例结肠癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采取化疗治疗,观察组采取参苓白术汤加减结合化疗治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和毒副反应情况。结果观察组结肠癌患者临床有效率85.00%显著高于对照组55.00%(χ^2=4.285,P<0.05),观察组患者角色功能(1.92±0.27)分、身体功能(1.88±0.37)分、社会功能(1.97±0.42)分、情绪功能(1.98±0.32)分和总体生活质量(7.72±0.86)分高于对照组(t=7.427,4.730,5.790,8.624,9.191,P<0.05),观察组患者粒细胞减少35.00%、血小板减少10.00%、贫血5.00%、肌酐异常5.00%、心功能不全25.00%等毒副反应发生率显著低于对照组患者(χ^2=4.912,9.230,5.625,7.025,5.625,P<0.05)。结论参苓白术汤加减结合化疗治疗结肠癌术后患者可有效提高治疗效果,降低毒副反应,改善生活质量,安全有效,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Shenlingbaizhu Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods Forty patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,20 cases each.The control group was treated with chemotherapy.The observation group was treated with Shenlingbaizhu Decoction combined with chemotherapy.The clinical treatment effect and side effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of colon cancer patients in the observation group was 85.00% significantly higher than that in the control group 55.00%(χ^2=4.285,P<0.05).The role of the observation group was (1.92±0.27) points and body function (1.88±0.37)points.The scores of social function (1.97±0.42)points,emotional function (1.98±0.32)points and overall quality of life (7.72±0.86)points were higher than those of the control group (t=7.427,4.730,5.790,8.624,9.191,P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of neutrophil reduction was 35.00%,thrombocytopenia 10.00%,anemia 5.00%,creatinine abnormality 5.00%,and cardiac insufficiency 5.00% were significantly lower than those in the control group (χ^2=4.912,9.230,5.625,7.025,5.625,P<0.05).Conclusion Shenlingbaizhu Decoction combined with chemotherapy for postoperative patients with colon cancer can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce toxicity and side effects,improve quality of life,safe and effective,and is worthy of popularization and application.
