摘　　要：恶性肿瘤在全球范围内的患病率和死亡率正逐年上升。对于恶性肿瘤早期的患者,采用手术切除治疗可取得较好效果,但生活中绝大多数肿瘤患者发现并确诊时已经错过了最佳手术时机。目前对于中晚期患者尚无有效的治疗策略,基因靶向治疗是近年来肿瘤治疗研究的热点,也为恶性肿瘤治疗提供新的方法。基因靶向治疗的关键在于寻找特异性强的肿瘤基因,核孔蛋白88(nucleoporin88,Nup88)基因具有很好的肿瘤组织特异性,其通过参与细胞核内外物质交流以及细胞有丝分裂过程促进肿瘤进展。本文就目前在基础研究中有关Nup88分子结构、作用机制以及在口腔癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、子宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌中研究现状进行综述。The prevalence and mortality of malignant tumors worldwide are increasing year by year.For patients with early malignant tumors,surgical resection can achieve better results,but most tumor patients in life have missed the best surgical opportunity when they were discovered and diagnosed.At present,there is no effective treatment strategy for patients with advanced stage.Gene-targeted therapy is a hotspot in the research of cancer treatment in recent years,and it also provides a new method for the treatment of malignant tumors.The key to gene-targeted therapy is to find a specific tumor gene.The nucleoporin 88(Nup88) gene has good tumor tissue specificity,which promotes tumor progression by participating in nuclear exchange and mitosis.This article reviews the current research status of Nup88 molecular structure,mechanism of action and research in oral cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,cervical cancer and endometrial cancer.
