周晓波教授治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征经验

摘　　要：通过跟师侍诊,整理资料,查阅相关文献,结合典型病案探讨周晓波教授运用中医药辨治腹泻型肠易激综合征的用药特色。该病病位虽在肠,但与肝、脾、肾密切相关,治以调肝健中,运脾益肾,注重审证求因,肝脾同调,擅用风药,均衡饮食,身心并调,利于康复。周晓波教授运用中医药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床经验值得借鉴。Drug characteristics were discussed with analyzing the clinical thinking of Professor ZHOU Xiaobo through the long-term study,collecting data,reviewing the existing literature on it and discussing the characteristics of the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea with Professor ZHOU Xiaobo in combination with typical case analysis. Professor ZHOU Xiaobo thinks that the pathogenesis is in the intestine,closely related to the liver,spleen,and kidney. Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),using the method of regulating liver and invigorating spleen,transporting spleen and invigorating kidney,focusing on the determination of etiologic factors based on differentiation and liver and spleen homology,and using the wind medicine,balancing diet,adjusting physical and mental,to conducive to rehabilitation. Professor ZHOU Xiaobo’s experience in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea with TCM is worthy of using for reference.
