摘  要:社会本位论认为,人之所以要受教育,目的就是在社会的准则下,使受教育者社会化以保证社会稳定地延续与发展。从当今社会发展现状来看,似乎社会本位论更切合当代企事业单位对所需人才受教育类型的要求,也似乎更适应快节奏的快餐式城市职业生涯。但极端的社会本位论,往往会忽视受教育者个人价值,将教育事业推至争夺功利性回报的深渊之中。从技能实操角度而言,社会本位论也许更适应现实需求。从个人自我价值实现的立场出发并顺应社会潮流选择和培养为适应社会发展所需的技能,才是自我生涯规划的正确思路。According to the society-based theory, the reason for people to receive education is to be socialized under the rules so as to ensure the stable continuation and development of society. In the view of current social development status, it seems that society-based theory is more suitable for contemporary enterprises and public institutions’ requirement of employment, and more suitable to the fast pace of urban career. However, the extreme society-based theorists often ignore the individual value and push the education into the abyss of competing for utilita-rian returns. Therefore, putting self-achievement realization first and cultivating the skills needed for social development accordingly are best concepts for self-career planning.
