从严治党视域下推进高校基层党支部党建工作

摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出,要坚定不移全面从严治党,不断提高党的执政能力和领导水平。高校基层党组织,是党的基层组织的重要组成部分,高校落实全面从严治党任务,必须向基层党组织延伸。推进新形势下下高校基层党支部党建工作,具有重大的意义。针对高校基层党支部党建工作面临的问题,提出“四个着力”,从理论武装、常态管理、作风建设和队伍管理四个方面狠抓落实,全面加强和推进高校基层党建工作。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should ensure full and strict governance over the Party,and constantly improve Party governing ability and Party leadership.The grass-roots Party organizations in universities are an important part of the Party's grass-roots organizations.To implement the task of ensuring full and strict governance over the Party in universities must extend to the grass-roots Party organizations.It is of great significance to promote the Party building of grass-roots Party branches in universities under the new situation.In view of the problems faced by the Party construction of grass-roots Party branches in universities,this paper puts forward"four efforts"to implement the work from four aspects:theoretical armed forces,normal management,style construction and team management,and to comprehensively strengthen and promote the Party construction in universities.
