摘 要:“新工科”是我国工程教育改革的新阶段,是我国为应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革挑战的新举措。本文主要着力于研究新工科教育理念下的土木工程专业人才培养模式,主要从行业对土木工程与BIM技术交叉融合的智慧建造人才的迫切需求入手,研究了结合课程地图的学生个性化培养过程,以及BIM技术应该如何融入课程教学,研究了为培养学生工程协同意识而推行BIM毕业设计改革等措施。“New engineering education” is a new stage of engineering education reform, and a new measure tackling the challenges brought about by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation. This paper focuses on the cultivating mode of civil engineering talents guided by the new engineering educational idea. Based on the analysis of the urgent demand for smart construction talents who are qualified in both civil engineering and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, the paper studies the personalized cultivation process combined with the curriculum map. Also, the paper explores the methods of integrating BIM into the curriculum and such measures as the reform of BIM graduation projects, to train students cooperation awareness.
