摘 要:中碳合金结构钢薄板冲压件冲压成型经淬火后表面硬度低于工艺要求。通过对零件进行金属元素分析得知,造成零件热处理后硬度低的主要原因为零件表面脱碳。经分析认为,材料在以热轧退火态交货时,板材由于在退火过程中气氛保护不好引起了板材表面脱碳,为使材料达到要求,提出了材料表面补碳后重新淬火的工艺方法研究。用常规高渗碳方法不能达到标准规定的碳含量,通过在氮-甲醇密封箱式多用炉内,设定不同的碳势气氛、不同的渗碳温度和固定的补碳时间。通过研究对比找出适合中碳合金结构钢薄板材料的表面补碳工艺,通过此工艺表面增碳后的零件,达到了规定的含碳量,而且经淬火后的硬度合格。中碳合金结构钢薄板材料表面脱碳后,可以通过控制氮-甲醇密封箱式多用炉内的碳势气氛、渗碳温度和补碳时间,达到材料表面补碳的目的。The surface hardness of medium carbon alloy structural steel thin plate stamping parts after stamping and quenching was lower than the technological requirements.Through the analysis of the metal elements of the parts,it was found that the main reason for the low hardness of the parts after heat treatment was decarburization of the surface of the parts.After the analysis,it was believed that when the materials were delivered in the hot rolled annealed state,the surface of the plates was decarburized due to poor atmosphere protection in the annealing process.In order to retrieve financial lost,the technological method of re-quenching after carbon supplement on the surface of the materials was studied.The conventional high carburizing method cannot reach the carbon content specified in the standard.Different carbon potential atmospheres,different carburizing temperatures and fixed carbon supplement time were set in a nitrogen-methanol sealed box type multipurpose furnace.Through research and comparison,the surface carbon supplement technology suitable for medium carbon alloy structural steel sheet material was found out.Through this technology,the surface carbon added parts reached the specified carbon content,and the hardness after quenching was qualified.After decarburizing the surface of the medium carbon alloy structural steel sheet material,the carbon potential atmosphere,carburizing temperature and carbon supplement time in the nitrogen-methanol sealed box type multipurpose furnace can be controlled to achieve the purpose of carbon supplement on the surface of the materials.
