摘　　要：牙外伤是继龋病之后危害儿童口腔健康的第二大疾病,关于乳牙外伤发生率文献报道差异较大,范围在4%~33%[1-3],跌倒摔伤是最常见的原因.乳牙外伤高发年龄段报道也不一,多数发生在3~4岁,也有报道多发于1~2岁儿童,约占乳牙外伤病例的1/2,最常累及上中切牙[4-6].乳牙列期儿童牙槽骨较疏松,乳牙外伤容易造成牙齿移位或脱出.
