摘 要:引入“双菱形”芯材结构,建立侧压方向全尺寸模型进行有限元分析,并通过试验验证了整体中空夹层材料的侧压性能仿真模型的有效性。研究表明:侧压工况下整体中空夹层复合材料的失效表现为反对称失稳,其侧压抗失稳能力主要与芯材抗剪性能有关,且经向侧压失稳载荷高于纬向。In order to study the edgewise compressive performance of the 3D woven hollow integrated sandwich composite, the double diamond core structure was introduced and the full-scale model in the direction of edgewise was established to carry out finite element analysis. By comparing with experimental results,the accuracy of the models was verified. And the results show that the failure of 3D woven hollow integrated sandwich composite under edgewise compressive loads was resulted from the antisymmetric buckling failure. The shear resistance of core material has a significant influence on the buckling resistance of this material under edgewise loads, and the warp edgewise compressive performances of the 3D woven hollow integrated sandwich composites are higher than the weft direction.
