摘  要:随着环境污染、生活压力和生活方式改变,不孕不育症患者明显增多,近年来由于男性因素导致的不孕不育症显著增加,其中基因、染色体等遗传物质的改变是导致不孕不育的重要因素之一。Y染色体是男性所特有的染色体,而Y染色体长臂的无精子因子(AZF)区域具有与男性生育密切相关的基因,它的突变或者缺失常常导致男性不育。而且在利用辅助生殖技术(ART)助孕的过程中可以将遗传缺陷垂直传递给男性子代,引起下一代的不育。因此,本文就Y染色体异常及Y染色体微缺失与男性不育以及辅助生殖技术助孕的相关性研究进展进行综述。With environmental pollution,and lifestyle changes,infertility has increased significantly,and in recent years due to a significant increase in infertility due to male factors,genetic changes in genes,chromosomes and other genetic material are one of the most important factors in infertility.Method and Results:The Y chromosome is the unique chromosome of the male,and the non-sperm factor(AZF)region of the long arm of the Y chromosome has a gene that is closely related to male fertility,and the mutation or absence of it often results in male infertility.Furthermore,the generation of sterility in the next generation can be caused by the vertical transfer of the genetic defect to the male generation during the use of the assistant reproductive technology(ART).Conclution:Therefore,this paper reviews the research progress of Y chromosome abnormality and Y chromosome microdeletion in relation to male infertility and assisted reproductive technology.
