摘　　要：运动锻炼是COPD患者改善呼吸困难症状和延缓肺功能降低的有效措施。但目前COPD患者对运动锻炼的依从性较低,成为开展运动锻炼的主要障碍。本文从运动锻炼依从性的定义和评价标准、研究现状、运动锻炼依从性的影响因素等方面进行综述,以期为干预COPD患者运动锻炼依从性提供科学参考依据。Exercise is an effective measure to improve expiratory dyspnea and delay lung function decline among the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).However,COPD patients have a low level of exercise compliance so far which is the major obstacle to carry out exercise.This paper reviewed the definition,evaluation criteria,research status,influencing factors of exercise compliance so as to provide a scientific reference for improving exercise compliance among COPD patients.
