摘　　要：中药“七情”理论是历代医家在长期临床实践中逐渐积累而成的,是方剂组成、方药运用等理论的重要基础,也是临床遣药组方的理论依据,对中药增效、减毒、保证临床用药安全有重要意义。古代医药学著作中对“七情”概念内涵的表达在不同的历史时期呈现出不同的特点,故其术语的统一、规范意义重大。通过追溯与回顾相关文献,从“七情”理论的起始形成、丰富嬗变、成熟完善,以及“七情”药物的具体记载,对其理论源流进行梳理和考释,分析这一术语的发展脉络,为其规范定名和相关术语的正确应用提供参考。The theory of“seven relations”of Chinese materia medica is gradually accumulated in the long-term clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) physicians of generations. It is an important basis for the theory of prescription composition and application of prescriptions,and is also the theoretical basis for clinical prescription. Mastering the theory of“seven relations”is of great significance for Chinese materia medica to increase efficiency, reduce toxicity,and ensure the safety of clinical medication. The unification and standardization of terminology are of great significance. The expression of the concept of“seven relations”in ancient medical works shows different characteristics in different historical periods. Through tracing and reviewing relevant literatures,the theoretical sources are sorted out and interpreted from the beginning,formation,enrichment,evolution,maturity and perfection, as well as the specific records of“seven emotions”drugs. The development of this term is analyzed,providing a reference for the proper application of the specification and related terms.
