摘　　要：分析了“微课程”发展概况、特征及其在体育教学中应用的时代背景,探讨了体育“微课程”的教学目标设定、教学内容设计、教学项目选择、学生学习管理等问题,以期对体育教学模式的改变、学生锻炼习惯的养成提供理论和实践的参考。This paper analyses the general situation of development and characteristics of micro-lecture at home and abroad and the background of its application in physical education, and probes into the setting of teaching objectives, the design of teaching contents, the selection of teaching items and the management of students' learning in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the change of Physical Education teaching mode and the formation of students' exercise habits.
