摘　　要：调查河北省乡村医生(以下简称“村医”)在村医协会组织下开展同行评议和监督的情况,为村医协会开展行业自治提出建议。从河北省分层随机抽出800名村医进行问卷调查,调查内容包括基本情况、村医协会情况、村医互助情况、协会开展行业自治情况。结果显示,年龄、学历、每周工作天数、每天工作时长、负责村民人数是参加村医协会的独立影响因素;有56.6%和79.7%的村医认为同行评议和工作监督重要,有61.7%的村医认为由其他医生监督工作效果会好。可见,村医对协会了解较少,入会率低,村医协会没有有效组织开展行业自治,村医对行业自治态度、认知不高,相互评议和监督缺失,村医协会行业自治未落到实处。This paper investigates the peer review between rural doctors in the authors' province under the organization of rural doctor association, and puts forward suggestions for the development of professional autonomy of rural doctor association. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 800 rural doctors randomly selected from the authors' province. The study investigates the basic situation of rural doctors, the status of rural doctor association, mutual assistance of rural doctors and the situation of professional autonomy carried out by the association. The results showed that age, educational background, working days per week, working hours per day and the number of rural residents in charge are independent influencing factors for doctor's participating in the rural doctor association. 56.6% and 79.7% of rural doctors often receive peer review and supervision;61.7% of rural doctors think that they work well under other doctors' supervision. In conclusion, the rural doctors have little knowledge of rural doctor association. The membership rate of the association is low. There is no effective organization of rural doctor association to carry out professional autonomy with the low-level attitude and awareness of the rural doctors towards professional autonomy. Besides, the lack of mutual evaluation and supervision also results in the unimplemented professional autonomy of rural doctor association.
